No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, because the conditions of Article 37 GDPR do not apply to this processing.
Browsing data
The server hosting the site automatically records some technical data, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and outcome of the request. These data are used to run the site, to ensure its security and to detect abuse.
The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in the security of the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider and in any case no longer than necessary for these purposes, unless they are needed to establish an offence.
Contact form and email
If you write to us through the form or by email, we process the data you enter (name, email, company and phone if provided, content of the message) only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to prepare an offer.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form does not store anything on the site: it forwards the message to our email inbox indicated above. We keep the correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the request. If a professional relationship arises from it, we keep it for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law (generally 10 years).
We do not use these data for newsletters or marketing communications and we do not pass them on to third parties.
Recipients
The data may be processed, as data processors, by the providers of the hosting and email services we use for the site and for our business, within the limits of what is necessary. They are not disclosed to the public.
Cookies and tracking tools
The site does not install cookies, either technical or profiling, and does not use analytics tools, pixels, maps, embedded videos or fonts loaded from third-party servers. For this reason there is no cookie banner.
Transfers outside the European Union
No transfers of data outside the European Economic Area are planned. Should a provider process them abroad, this will only happen with the safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Simply write to show email.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Provision of data
The data requested in the form are necessary to reply to you: without name, email and message we cannot follow up on the request. The other fields are optional.
